Wholesale and foreign trade merchant (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

As a wholesale and foreign trade clerk, office clerk or office administrator, you will record orders and incoming goods and carry out general office tasks.

 

  • Entry of orders
  • Preparation of the transport documents
  • Goods receipt entry
  • Documentation management
  • Correspondence with customers and suppliers
  • general office work

Our expectations:

Prerequisite

  • Vocational training in forwarding and logistics, wholesale and foreign trade or industry…
  • German spoken and written
  • Driving license class B
  • Professional experience is welcome, but not a prerequisite

 

Knowledge and skills

  • Customer advice and support
  • Office and administrative work
  • Correspondence
  • Receiving and incoming goods inspection
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Very good MS Office skills, especially in Outlook, Excel and Word
